My name is Moran Rosenblit and I am the executive director of Hope for Israel ministry. In an effort to find desperately needed new avenues of support for our brothers and sisters who follow Yeshua their Messiah in the land of Israel, Hope for Israel has partnered with Seed of Abraham Ministries to create HolyLand Marketplace.  Our desire is to provide Israeli Believers with a means to work respectably and with dignity and earn a salary by which they are able to support not only their own families, but also their local congregations and the rest of the Body of Messiah in Israel.

We need your help in accomplishing this challenging task. The HolyLand Marketplace is not just another charitable organization designed to collect and disperse donations, nor is it just another Judaica shop selling products that could

have been produced in China or India.  Everything we offer for sale is made by Israeli Believers, and each time you buy a product from HolyLand Marketplace, you are enabling those Messianic Jews to support their families. All Holyland Marketplace workers are volunteers, so the maximum amount of money possible is returned to Israel.

Jewish disciples of Yeshua (Jesus) the Messiah have paid a heavy price for our faith.  We experience rejection from our families, friends, and the Jewish community who thinks we have betrayed our heritage.  For Jewish Believers who live in Israel, the consequence of our faith most often is losing our jobs, losing the lease on our shops and stores, and therefore losing the source of support for our families.  HolyLand Marketplace fills a huge need by offering a place for products made by the hands of these Believing Jews to be sold.

We live in very exciting times where we see the fulfillment of prophecies in front of our eyes, beyond the return of God’s people to the land He promised to Abraham, Isaac, & Jacob and later through His prophets.  We see today the fulfillment of another promise.  In Jeremiah 31, God promises that the day will come where He will make a new covenant with the house of Judah and Israel, where He will replace their hearts of stone with hearts of flesh.  In Romans 11, we see that God has allowed a partial hardening of the hearts of my people in order for the Gentile people to be grafted into the family of Israel, through faith in the promised Messiah.  The same chapter speaks of the return of my people back to the God of Israel through faith in His promised Messiah.  We see today more and more of the Jewish people in the land of Israel returning to their God.

I very much appreciate all the support that gentile Christians and Messianic Jews from all over the world give to my people.  While it is important that the Jewish people will know the hearts of true followers of Messiah, it is critical that they will
see that we Jews and Gentiles in Messiah are standing together and supporting one another… and supporting them!

In Matthew 23:37-39, Yeshua cries, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, you who kill the prophets and stone those sent to you, how often I have longed to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, but you were not willing. Look, your house is leftto you desolate. For I tell you, you will not see me again until you say, ‘Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.’”

I believe that in order for us to see my people returning to God, the Good News needs to be proclaimed throughout Israel.  The best way to bring it to Israel is through the local Body of Believers, living in the Holy Land, who will be the salt and light to the surrounding community.  All Believers have the responsibility to support their brothers and sisters who are in need, and I believe with all my heart that God will bless those who bless His children.

A few words about myself:
I was born and raised in a kibbutz in Israel.  During my service in the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces), I lost some close friends in a suicide attack. As a result, I became very angry and bitter.  I did not believe in God and could not believe that, if He did exist, He would allow such evil to happen.

After the army, I could not stand the reality in the land and decided to look for something new.  In 1997, I arrived in the United States seeking to find hope and a future. After accepting an invitation to visit Hope Chapel in Hermosa Beach, California, I was challenged by the pastor to seek the truth for myself.

In my search for the truth, I found the book, “Why Me?” by Jacob Damkani.  After reading this book, my eyes were opened to the existence of God and the acknowledgment of Yeshua as the Messiah of Israel. I found a new hope, not only for my own life, but also for Israel and the rest of the world.

I am married to Melissa my beautiful wife and we have a wonderful son name Oriah (God’s light).

I now desire to share that hope, which I found in the Messiah, with my own people and the rest of the world.  It became clear to me that “the time has come” and “God’s Kingdom is near”; it is time “…to turn to God from [our] iniquities and believe the Good News.”(Mark 1:15)

May God bless all of you and may we see the children of God returning to their Messiah.
